The most visible symptom of Feline Chlamydophila is a watery discharge coming from one or both eyes that can be seen within a week of infection.
As the illness progresses severe swelling and redness of the membrane surrounding the eye can be seen with the watery discharge turning to a thicker yellowish appearance.
