Dog > Ear Infections
Information
Ear infections can occur in any breed of dog but are most common in Cocker Spaniels and Miniature Poodles.
The obvious signs of a dog suffering with an ear infection are an uncomfortable dog that shakes its head trying to get debris and fluid out as it scratches its ears.
The ears become red and inflamed and develop an unpleasant odor. A black or yellowish discharge commonly occurs as the disease progresses.
