· 2-day and Next-day options will ship the same day only if the order is received prior to 12 noon PST Monday through Friday. Shipping and delivery time frames exclude weekends and holidays.
· Express delivery may not be available for all items.
· Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take 3-5 days to arrive. Express shipping may not be available for these products.
· Orders for in stock items are usually shipped within 2 business days from acceptance of order.

· Standard orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS at the discretion of our warehouse.
· There is an additional charge for Oversized Items. This upcharge will automatically be added to the order when an oversized item is added to the shopping cart.
· Orders being shipped outside the contiguous US must be pre-paid. Please contact our Customer Service Department for shipping options and charges. We reserve the right to hold orders until all items become available.
What is the Product Return/Exchange Policy?
Our policy is simple. You may return items within 30 days of receipt in its original/re-saleable condition. Simply contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) either via phone: 1-877-505-4372 or e-mail: custserv@pet-helper.com.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED. Please enclose a copy of your packing list with your return. If you do not have a copy of your packing list, please indicate the order number, your account number, your name and address along with a list of the items you are returning and send the package to the following address:

· For refunds a restocking fee may apply.

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing list with your return and wrap the package securely. Be sure to write the Return Authorization Number (RMA#) on the address label of the package. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment and please save your shipping receipt and your tracking information until your return is processed. Healthy Pet Sol is not responsible for returns misdelivered or damaged in transit. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number and your name and address on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the address indicated above.
What if I receive a damaged product?
· If merchandise is received damaged, please call or e-mail Customer Service within 10 business days. Customer Service will take corrective action based on the extent of damage. Please retain all packaging.
· Claims cannot be processed without original packaging (box, etc.)
