Shipping & Returns Policy
(general information):
Healthy Pet Solutions ships within the United States, and to selected countries around the world (see International Shipping below for specific countries). We ship Monday through Friday. Our official cutoff time for same-day shipments is 2pm PST. We do, however, process many orders after 3 pm if possible.
US (Domestic) Orders
UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (our choice) shipping and handling is $7.00 for all orders to the 50 U.S. states. Upgrades available to UPS Second Day Air and UPS Next Day Air shipments are available at checkout. Exact shipping charges are processed at the time you complete your order. (See below for further details)
International Orders - Discounted Shipping Rates
International shipping charges that appear during the checkout process include a 15-35% discount savings off UPS Worldwide’s Published Rates. Shipping and Handling charges do not include any taxes or duties that your shipment may incur. (See below for further details)
UPS Ground super value for our valued customers within Arizona, or nearby states, such as Nevada, Utah, southern California and New Mexico. See Map Below for “transit days” from Tucson, Arizona.
USPS Priority Airmail-- Priority Mail works fine for delivery to P.O. Boxes and most APO Addresses, as well as for any street address. Delivered Monday through Saturday. Please Note: This shipping method is for orders that have a value of $80.00 or less. If your order total is more than $80.00, we will ship your order via UPS.
UPS 2nd Day- Discount 20-30% off UPS published rates. Shipping and handling costs for all UPS 2-Day air packages to all 50 states will be computed during checkout.
UPS Next-Day -- Super Value! Up to 35% off published rates! Simply choose this option to receive your package Next Day Air (Next Day Air (before 10:30am) or Next Day Air PM (after 3pm). This shipping method may not be available for certain zip codes or in certain states and U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Guam. At checkout, exact rates will be available.
Please Note: The UPS or USPS driver may choose not to leave a package if you aren't present to sign for it. To avoid such a situation and ensure that you receive your package, you may use a business address.
InternationalShipping Options:
United States Postal Service International Express – This choice is available for our valued customers in Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Very reliable and includes tracking number. Takes 2-7 business days.
UPS Worldwide --With tracking number. Takes 2-5 business days to major destinations (Phillipines, Belgium, Hong Kong, London, Tokyo...).
Important International Shipping Details:
1. Check your shipping address and phone number: Please make sure your shipping address and your phone number is full, complete, correct and in English: The phone number may be used by UPS or United States Postal Service to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your order.
2. Note: If your orderis returned to us due to banned / restricted products, a wrong address, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 20 percent of the value of the order as a re-stocking fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.
3. First-Time Customers: For your protection and ours, it is important to make sure credit cards are being used by their proper owners. So, it is possible that customers ordering more than $80.00 for the first time from www.Pet-Helper.com may need to fax or email us information. If that is necessary, we will let you know by email. If so, we may need you to fax or email us the front page of your monthly credit card statement or bill. (This is the document that shows your charges for that month.) Another option is to send us a copy of the front and back of the credit card along with a utility bill (water, electricity, or gas) that shows your shipping address. Your privacy is assured. Please understand that we respect your privacy and have no interest in your personal spending habits. (We do not sell or distribute any of your personal information.) If you are sending us a copy of your credit card statement, you may delete any purchase history from this document if you like. All we need is your credit card company's logo and address, phone number (so we can verify it), your name and address, and the last 4 digits of your card. Of course this is all to protect you and ensure a good transaction? Thanks for your cooperation!
4. Are you a repeat customer? Then No fax will be needed.
5. Why do we take these steps: Unlike in the case of credit card purchases made by customers within the U.S., international orders cannot be verified electronically or by telephone. The extra step of faxing information is necessary for your protection and ours, to make sure you are the actual credit card holder.
6. At Healthy Pet Solutions, we will work with you to complete any delivery around the world as long as your country allows entry of Nutritional Supplementation. Order with confidence!
7. Import Taxes: You may have to pay import taxes, customs, duty, etc. These charges are seperate from your shipping charge and will be billed directly for them.
8. Countries that allow shipments of health supplements from the USA: We have been shipping nutritional supplements to the following 9 countries without any problems

Returns Policy
What is the Product Return/Exchange Policy?
Our policy is simple. You may return items within 30 days of receipt in its original/re-saleable condition. Simply contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) either via phone:

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED. Please enclose a copy of your packing list with your return. If you do not have a copy of your packing list, please indicate the order number, your account number, your name and address along with a list of the items you are returning and send the package to the following address:
